We are proud to manufacture one of the strongest single-sided decks on the market. Engineered for durability, our stage decks are constructed from 6005-T5 4-sided extruded aluminum tube and specially designed 6005T5 extruded aluminum corner. Grade 5 Zinc plated bolts and #10 Zinc plated deck screws are used throughout the construction paired with nylock nuts to eliminate vibration and noise interference. A single standard center support brace runs through the length of the deck for structural integrity.

2. Dual Lock Butt joint cam type coffin lock offering 2,500 lbs of tensile strength for stability
Each deck connects using a Dual Lock™ butt-joint cam-style coffin lock with 2,500 lbs of tensile strength. Activated from the top or bottom with a standard 5/16″ Allen key, this system ensures a tight, secure connection that enhances overall stage stability.

To simplify load-in and installation, our accessories and support systems are designed with no tool installation.

While standard decks are available in sizes from 1’ × 1’ to 8’ × 8’, our CNC laser technology and expert team enable the creation of custom staging for any application.
