Wunder Structures

The Wunderstructure is truly the easiest and simplest bridging understructure available on the market today. Its fold-out X-Frame aluminum design is lightweight and sets up in seconds. The spring-loaded pin allows you to adjust to multiple heights without any loose parts. The concept of bridging allows you to support a maximum amount of decks with a minimum amount of leveling points by simply attaching up to four decks on one Wunderstructure using a locator plate and nodes. For example, a 40' x 20' stage requires nine Wunderstructures which equates to thirty-six points of leveling. Using individual legs on the same size stage would require one hundred points of leveling.
Wunder Structures fold together to take up a minimal amount of space for easy racking and storage on a storage cart and reduced labor costs for set-up and break-down maximize your return on investment.
These two views show a Wunder Structure standing alone in its extended position ready for a deck. This particular model is the 36” to 56” version and the legs are extended to 32”. The legs slide into each other and have a polyurethane spacer to reduce wobbling or shaking. There are two support arms that swing out and lock into place with a simple monkey clamp that automatically sets the exact width for the 4’ x 8’ deck. The four locator plates rotate into position on top of each leg depending on how many decks it will support. The design is simple, lightweight, effective and affordable.
The photographs show a close-up view of the support arm monkey bar clamp as it locks into position. The support arm automatically sets the width of the Wunderstructure and gives added stability. The monkey bar clamp is a quick-release model and requires no tools.
